A return label and return form are included in your package. Fill in the return form, pack the item in a separate outer box (not the shoe box), attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest parcel shop.

Return Address
If you are returning an order without a prepaid return label — for example, if you are located outside of our label coverage area, or if you prefer to arrange your own return shipment — please send your return to the address below.
Important: Always include your order number and a completed return form inside the package so our warehouse can identify your return. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
