3. Orders & Order Confirmation

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process on our website. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an automated order receipt by email. Please note that this receipt does not constitute a binding order confirmation or acceptance of your order.

A binding order confirmation is issued when your order has been processed and accepted by ARKK Copenhagen, typically confirmed by a separate dispatch confirmation email including a tracking number.

ARKK Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to cases where:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable
• A pricing or product description error has occurred on the website
• Payment cannot be authorised
• The order is suspected of fraud or abuse

If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified by email and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process instead.

High-Volume Periods (e.g. Black Friday)

During high-traffic sales periods, it may on rare occasions be necessary to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or system errors. In such cases, all affected customers will be notified by email and refunded in full. Orders placed during these periods will be dispatched as quickly as possible, though extended delivery times may occur due to high carrier volumes.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Danish VAT (25%). Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional local import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are not included in the displayed price and are the responsibility of the Customer.

ARKK Copenhagen accepts the following payment methods, all of which are free of charge to the Customer:

• Apple Pay & Google Pay

• Mollie

Payment is authorised at the time of ordering, but will only be charged when the order is dispatched. ARKK Copenhagen does not store or have access to your full card details. All transactions are processed securely.

ARKK Copenhagen reserves the right to update prices on the website at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.

5. Delivery & Transportation

Delivery is considered complete when the Customer has received the goods. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

ARKK Copenhagen aims to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days on the same day, though this cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. For detailed delivery times and shipping costs by destination, see our shipping page.

Home delivery is available but is at the Customer's own risk. ARKK Copenhagen has no obligation to deliver goods that are out of stock or unavailable at the time of order.

In the event that your order consists of multiple products, ARKK Copenhagen reserves the right to dispatch goods in separate shipments, for example if one item is temporarily delayed. ARKK Copenhagen will cover any additional shipping costs arising from such separate shipments — no additional charge will be passed on to the Customer.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Customer is solely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and other governmental fees associated with their order. These charges are not calculated or collected by ARKK Copenhagen.

Customs fees, where applicable, are generally paid directly to the Customer's national customs authority or postal service at the time of delivery. ARKK Copenhagen has no involvement in or control over foreign customs policies and cannot predict or estimate applicable fees.

Some international shipments may be subject to delays of up to 3 weeks due to customs clearance. ARKK Copenhagen is not liable for such delays.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. To exercise this right, you must register your return within 30 days of receiving your order through our online returns portal.

Returned products must:

• Appear as new and unworn
• Be returned in the original shoe box
• Be packed in a separate outer shipping box — the shoe box must not be used as outer packaging

ARKK Copenhagen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Products that have been used or do not appear as new will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have been clearly personalised or made to the Customer's specifications
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
• Goods that by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

At the time of publication of these Terms, ARKK Copenhagen does not sell products in these categories. This section is included for completeness and legal compliance.

8. Complaints & Warranty

Upon receipt of goods, the Customer is obliged to inspect the products within a reasonable time. Any defects must be reported to ARKK Copenhagen promptly and no later than within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.

In accordance with applicable law, ARKK Copenhagen offers a 2-year statutory right of complaint from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and material defects that are not the result of normal wear and tear or misuse. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

The warranty and right of complaint do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from use
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Damage from exposure to extreme conditions (e.g. excessive moisture, chemicals)
• Products altered or repaired by a third party

If a complaint is approved, ARKK Copenhagen may offer a replacement, full or partial refund, or a discount code as compensation, at our discretion and subject to availability.

Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to and handled by the original retailer. ARKK Copenhagen is unable to process complaints for products not purchased directly through our website.

9. Discounts & Promotional Codes

The following conditions apply to the use of discount codes and promotional offers on arkkcopenhagen.com:

• Promotional codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders
• Percentage-based discount codes cannot be combined with other percentage-based discount codes
• Vouchers and promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit
• Certain products may be excluded from promotional offers — see the specific terms of each promotion
• Promotional codes must be entered at checkout prior to completing the order
• Each promotional code is valid for a limited time only and may only be used once, unless otherwise stated
• If a promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping costs and taxes do not count towards the minimum
• Promotions apply only to orders shipped to a single address

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ARKK Copenhagen website, including but not limited to images, logos, designs, trademarks, text, and general information, is the exclusive property of ARKK Copenhagen and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, republish, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of ARKK Copenhagen.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ARKK Copenhagen processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data collected in connection with a purchase (such as name, delivery address, and email address) is used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order, and for related customer service communications.

Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties, except where necessary for the fulfilment of your order (e.g. sharing delivery details with our logistics partners).

By making a purchase on our website, you do not automatically consent to receiving marketing communications. Any subscription to our newsletter requires a separate, active opt-in from you. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

ARKK Copenhagen strives to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, stock availability, and other information at any time without prior notice.

ARKK Copenhagen shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ARKK Copenhagen is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

13. Force Majeure

ARKK Copenhagen shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, governmental action, pandemics, fire, flood, or failure of third-party services such as carriers or payment processors.

In the event of a force majeure situation, ARKK Copenhagen will notify affected customers as promptly as reasonably possible and will endeavour to fulfil all obligations once the situation has been resolved.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. However, if you are a consumer resident within the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and to benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law, to the extent that these provide greater protection than Danish law.

If you wish to raise a complaint, we encourage you to contact our customer service team in the first instance. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, Danish consumers and EU consumers may submit a complaint to:

Product information, pricing, and stock availability on the website are updated automatically and continuously. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. ARKK Copenhagen reserves the right to correct such errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed based on incorrect information.

ARKK Copenhagen reserves the right to restrict or deny access to the website or the ability to place orders to any individual, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated violation of these Terms.
