Within Europe, all orders are shipped with GLS or DHL. For orders outside the EU, we work with a range of carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others — the carrier used depends on your country and availability at the time of dispatch.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware of the following:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT in your country are not covered by ARKK Copenhagen — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Some countries may experience delays of up to 3 weeks due to customs clearance processes.
- We are unable to predict or control the customs process in your country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

Return policy →From June 1, 2026, the shipping policy below applies to all orders placed on or after this date. Within Europe, orders are shipped with GLS or DHL Connect. For destinations outside the EU, we primarily use Link Express and GLS, depending on your country.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware of the following:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT in your country are not covered by ARKK Copenhagen — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

- VAT and import duties paid at delivery are not refunded by ARKK Copenhagen on returns — please reclaim from your local customs authority.

Returns & Exchanges
From June 1, 2026, all returns and exchanges are processed through our new online return portal. Free size and model exchanges are available in all EU markets where we offer prepaid return labels.
