Return Policy for Christmas Gifts
Christmas gifts purchased from November 1st to December 24th at Arkk Copenhagen can be returned until January 20th, 2025. 

Important Information for Returning Christmas Gifts:

• Remember to keep the return form if you wish to return the gift.
• It is not possible to exchange for a different model or size.
• The money will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase.
• Returns of used products are not accepted.
