Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Activation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all brand activations, events, and collaborations, both in Denmark and internationally. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand development and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaigns: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in collaboration with the Head of Creative.
- Activations and Events: Plan and execute brand activations, store events, fairs, and other promotional activities in Denmark and abroad, including major events like CIFF and PITTI.
- Community Engagement: Foster and grow a vibrant community around the ARKK Copenhagen brand through innovative events and engagement strategies.
- Collaborations: Identify and manage strategic collaborations with other brands, influencers, and partners to expand our reach and enhance our brand image.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics, setup, and execution of all events, ensuring they align with our brand values and goals.
- PR & Press: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for our brand activations and events, and coordinate media outreach to maximize brand exposure.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key insights to inform activation strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers, partners, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand activation, event management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns and brand activations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
